Prominent Los Angeles-based photog Bryony Shearmur is releasing her first limited edition clutch of fine silk scarves for ladies and pocket squares for men, using the most advanced digital printing techniques to superimpose abstract images of L.A. onto the fabric.
The debut of the 'Really Beautiful Things' Silk By Bryony collection is, according to Shearmur, her attempt at melding her love of art, accessories and photography. Indeed, the collection was a long time in gestation: "I have wanted to create "Silk", for many years, but the technology was not there. Finally it is and I can realize my vision."
Collectors of fine things will be pleased to know that every image from the range hails from an original artwork, and is individually printed, hand finished and signed by the artist.
